What we do
The will to drive the future and the power to make it sustainable, is our main motivation and driving force, to build the digital products for the future of transportation.
We are spearheading the digital transformation with our colleagues at Daimler Truck, globally. Our teams work on global software solutions that provide trucks, buses, and fleets with sustainable, connected, and electric digital services. We specialize in the areas of e-mobility and connectivity, and our core goal is to help our customers optimize costs, be more efficient, and informed with real-time data, as they plan their routes and resources, scaling their business in the transition to electric.
Who we are
Our goal is to build a people-centric company, giving everyone the flexibility and support to grow into the best version of themselves. Through living our values and guiding principles we build the best digital solutions that form a holistic ecosystem around our trucks and buses.
A key part of driving our people-centric culture forward, is our tblxers. We have built an intentional culture around our core values, which are having a challenger mindset, hunger for impact, collaboration, sustainability, people-centricity, transparency, trust, and flexibility.
Over the last five years, we have grown into a team of 130, with 19 different nationalities, spread out across 12 product teams.
How we work
We believe that working intentionally promotes a better, more productive work environment. That is why we have implemented a truly hybrid work setting and culture.
Our office in central Lisbon is open to our tblxers whenever they wish to work there, and whenever it is needed for in-person and company get-togethers, milestones, and team gatherings.
We also get together throughout the year as a whole company, to promote in-person collaboration and team building. Some of our rituals for this purpose, include:
